Join us for the second series of YinDulge Yourself: Yin and Tonic, a deeply healing practice to restore your body and nourish your soul!
Yin yoga is a calm and gentle practice that helps relieve tension in the mind and body. The passive long-held poses help stretch the deepest parts of us, the connective tissue or fascia. Yin gives us the opportunity to slow down - to notice our tension patterns and free ourselves from anything that might be holding us back. During the practice, we’ll focus on softening our lower body and releasing tension in our legs, hips, pelvis and belly.
This workshop is designed to promote healing by targeting the liver and kidney meridian lines which according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, govern our stress level and responses, movement, detoxification, and emotions. Using mindfulness, breathwork, reiki (energy), and Thai touch we will unearth the subtle energies of the kidneys and liver meridian lines, gain awareness of our thought patterns and how we can attune to our inner wisdom to move stagnant energy. Class will end with a guided meditation and extended savasana.
Come for an intensely loving experience. Leave feeling revived, refreshed and restored. Yogis, athletes and all or none of the above welcomed. No experience necessary.

When we practice Yin Yoga, we hold poses for an extended periods of time to stress the muscles and release the innermost parts of ourselves, our fascia.

Afterwards, we’ll transition into a restorative Yin practice that targets the connective tissue to release tension and create space in the body and mind.
