We all experience some form of trauma in our lives, and yet many of us are hesitant to embrace our healing process.
Healing is the ability to restore the mind, body, and spirit post trauma. It does not mean to cure; rather healing is a deeply nurturing process which involves holistic and often times ancient practices designed to remove physical, emotional, and mental blocks that keep us limited. Healing is absolutely necessary if we are looking to grow and live a healthy, happy, wholesome life.
Healing is no easy task. We live in such a busy world where we are consistently asked to spread ourselves thin. We tend to undermine the value of healing and self-care. We somehow feel guilty about it, and we let it build. Overtime, trauma manifests in the body and shows up in all sorts of forms including anxiety, insomnia, depression, low energy and even body aches and pains. |

Healing is a personal journey with no direct path. It takes patience and a willingness to surrender, listen (to yourself), and be vulnerable. The journey home to your truest self is not easy I know, but I also want you to know your are capable and you're not alone.
