It's ok to stop pretending you're fine...

Come home to yourself.

You've tried the vacation, the supplements, the therapy, the meditation apps. You're not broken. Your body just forgot it's safe to stop.

Some part
of you already knows.

You're the one people count on. The capable one, the calm one, the one who figures it out. From the outside, you're thriving. But underneath it all, there's a buzzing that won't let you rest. At 11pm you're wide awake.

Wired and tired.

Somewhere along the way, your body stopped getting the message that it's safe to stop. You didn't lose your drive. You didn't lose yourself. You simply forgot her.

She's been waiting to be remembered...

You hit your goals. You remember everyone's birthday.

You're the friend who shows up with soup, the one who never cancels, the one who has it together enough that no one thinks to check on you.

But somewhere in there, you stopped feeling most of it. The wins don't land the way they used to. You're proud and you're numb at the same time. You laugh at the right moments and go quiet the second you're alone. You're not sad, exactly. You're just far away from yourself, even in your own life.

You're used to solving it, planning it, willing it into being. So you've tried to think your way through this too.

The Truth is...

We can't think our way out of exhaustion. We can't journal our way past a nervous system that's been on alert for years. We can't time manage our way through something when time itself feels like it's slipping through our hands.

This isn't a problem to solve.

It's a body asking to be felt again.

How we come back...

We stop solving. We start sensing.

We learn to listen to the body so you can soften what's been clenched, release what we've been carrying, and find the freedom that was never gone, just buried under everything you had to hold.

You don't have to understand it for it to work.

You just have to let yourself be met.

I'm Michelle.

I've lived the exhaustion of always holding it together — as a daughter, an immigrant, a woman who learned early that rest had to be earned.

I found my way back to my body, and for more than 15 years I've been walking women back to theirs — through yin, through touch, through the slow intelligence of the nervous system.

I'm a teacher and a bodyworker, not a guru. I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to meet you where you stopped listening to yourself.

Three ways back home.

Some come back slowly, a session at a time.

Some come back all at once, in the jungle, with nowhere left to perform.

There's no wrong speed.
